A fight involving more than 40 students breaks out at Mills High School. When it ended 10 students were arrested, several given citations and three people injured including a Pulaski County deputy.
The fight started and cameras were rolling. After the fight inside the school a family member of a student who was injured came to the school and started beating up another student. The fights prompted many parents to come and get their children from school early.
"The people that drove up apparently had a relative that was injured in the earlier fight and they were concerned about what was going on got a little rambunctious and ran up there instead of talking," says John Rehrauer with the Pulaski County Sheriffs Department.
"There's been fighting here going on look like practically everyday," says Tiffany Virden. Virden, whose son attends Mills High, says it's been nothing like Friday more than forty students got into a brawl inside the school. The fight got so out of hand a Pulaski County Deputy was hit in the face.
"My son he wants to leave the school so I came up here to get him," said Virden. “This shouldn't happened, this is a learning environment, I just need to get my children."
