Four Inducted In State’s Business Hall Of Fame

Four new inductees entered the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business’ Hall of Fame Friday evening.

Talk Business Arkansas was a sponsor of the event.

More than 600 business leaders, friends and family attended the banquet and induction ceremony held at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock.

The class of 2013 includes:

Thomas E. “Tommy” Boyer, a Fort Smith native and current resident of Amarillo, Texas. He is the owner and founder of Micro Images and a graduate of the business college at the University of Arkansas, where he was an All-American basketball player.

W.C. “Buddy” Coleman Jr. of Little Rock, former chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Coleman Dairy and a long-time high school and college football official. Coleman passed away in 2011. He is now a member of the three Arkansas halls of fame: Agriculture, Business and Sports.

William L. “Bill” Cravens of Little Rock, a certified public accountant and professional engineer who retired after a long career in banking and information technology management. He continues to serve as a director of the Oaklawn Jockey Club. Cravens, a Paris, Arkansas native, headed First Commercial Bank, Worthen Bank and Alltel Information Services during his highly successful career.

Frank Fletcher Jr. of North Little Rock, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the Frank Fletcher Companies, a holding company that owns or controls 20 separate corporations. Fletcher was a protege and early business associate of Sam Walton.

Yal are going to make the non whites mad and they will start their own Black owners club,yal better start includeing them in your get toghters.
