Garland Co. Deputy Pleads Not Guilty to Theft Charge

Marine Patrol Officer Neil Parliment turned himself in on a warrant out of Montgomery County, and his lawyer entered a not guilty plea on his behalf today. Parliment faces misdemeanor theft and trespassing charges.

This officer assisted in the breaking in, theft and destruction of my brother's house. Next week he will be served for federal court. It's all on security video and appears the GCSD might be trying to cover it up. I honestly believe his officer career is over!!
