Garland County couple kidnapped, stabbed and raped

A 25-year-old woman and her 28-year-old roommate were kidnapped, stabbed and raped in Garland County. The suspects are still at large.
Garland County Deputies are working on a kidnapping, burglary, and rape that occurred Friday, June 25.

According to police reports, a 25-year-old female and her roommate, a 28-year-old male, were at their home in Garland County when three men came to their front door.

The suspects, described to have bandanas around their faces, pushed the female down when entering and put a pillow case over her head. They tied her hands and feet together. Then, they raped her with an object. Throughout the incident, the female was struck repeatedly in the face and her home was ransacked.

Two of the suspects, who have not yet been identified, put both victims in the back seat of the male victim's extended cab truck and drove them to a location on Discovery Bay Road in Hot Springs.

The other suspect drove behind them. The victim says she heard numerous gunshots at that location. Then, she heard the suspects get into their vehicle and drive away down the street.

The male, who was stabbed in the left chest, said the suspects wanted money and drugs. After getting her hands and legs loose from the restraints, the female victim drove them to St. Joseph’s Hospital for treatment.

Garland County investigators are still working on this case. As of this afternoon, none of the suspects have been identified. If you have information relating to this incident, please contact the Garland County Sheriff’s Office.
