Illegal drugs and the users, dealers and the manufacturing of them are all across our country; in the rural areas, and towns, large or small. The law shuts down 3 or 4; that many or nore quickly pop up again. Like SIN, the illegal drug business will never go away until the world ends. My personal opinion on the matter.

Small towns seem to welcome diversity and almost find it novel. Hasn't anyone noticed the nationality of most of the convience store owners or operators. Middle East or close by. The stores are trashy filled with Blunts, porn mags, condoms and other vices displayed right in our kids faces. Keep washing that poppy money Akbar!

With that much stuff, if that guy was selling it there out of his stores, then yes, you do have a problem because if no one was buying it, he would not have been selling it.
