Herb Rule challenging DWI stop that led to arrest

Second District congressional candidate Herb Rule is challenging the circumstances under which he was stopped by Fayetteville police and cited for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, a charge he says he'll fight.

Perfectly said ArkYank, Griffin will get re-elected with no problem, Ol Herb needs to smoke some herb and quit wasting our tax money fighting this. The old drunk is just an inbred from the hills

His eyes couldn't be more glazed, but he wasn't drunk? Guess he figures since he is going to lose this election, he will have some time on his hands to fight the charges.
