FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The following statement regarding injuries is from University of Arkansas football head coach John L. Smith:

“Tevin Mitchel suffered an injury above the shoulders. He was kept in Little Rock last night and will probably stay again tonight. The testing that has been done on Tevin came back favorable for him to recover. He will continue to be monitored and will be doubtful for Saturday.

Tyler Wilson took a hit to the head and was kept in Little Rock last night for observation. His prognosis is good and he will be day-to-day.

Kody Walker suffered a lower leg injury and is likely out for the season. Kaelon Kelleybrew has a bruised arm and is probable for Saturday’s game.”

Arkansas got out played and out coached, that was obvious. John L. Smith was a joke of a hire. But then again, there was not much to choose from at the time. If Petrino would have made that curve, we would be in a lot better position.

Maybe they should have been more concerned about protection and less about looks when they choose the new uniforms.

I have heard all my life that the lions, tigers, and bears are many but they only see one Razorback in that bunch, and its never more true when you get your a$$ handed to you by a second rate school what a shame .

Get ready to whine a lot, Wilson has a broken collar bone he won't play for at least 6-8 weeks.

We lost. Don't whine it's not right. When you play football it's not you might get hurt but when will you get hurt. Our boys went into the game wearing lace panties and they were little protection for them. Leave the whistle blowers out of it.

Oh well, this will just give the piggy's an excuse for getting demolished next Saturday by Bama, I can only imagine the points I am going to have to give up when I take Bama on about 500 big ones

Could it be the Saints aren't the only ones in LA with bounties?

Wilson took more than "a hit to the head"... I saw some hits that I think should have been flagged for blows to the head.. but maybe that was looking through "fan eyes"... (not sure where the officiating crew is affiliated, but they need to be graded very closely on protecting QB and head injuries as they are points of emphasis... It did seem that ULM had targeted to take Wilson out of the game, but when the line is more of a picket fence without gates, it was easy to get to him. Get well guys - that is most important.
