Little Rock police are investigating a homicide at 11 Lorian.
Early Tuesday morning police found Shayne Mauldin with a gunshot wound to his inner thigh at his home. He later died at the hospital.
Police say Mauldin was fighting with his wife when their child came in, police say Mauldin attacked the child and his wife pointed an AK 47 at him. The wife told police the gun went off when Mauldin tried to grab it away from her.
No charges have been filed and the case has gone to investigators.
