Hot Spring police arrest a man for murder. David Payne is charged with murder in the second degree in the death of Russell Morris.
Police found Morris' body lying next to a parked car in the 600 block of Malvern Avenue just after 9:30 Wednesday morning. After talking to witnesses and neighbors police were led to Payne and made the arrest.
Police are not yet releasing how Morris died but he was found with bruising around his face.
