Hot Springs man arrested for exposing himself to children

The Garland County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Hot Springs man for several sex crimes involving children.
HOT SPRINGS, AR – The Garland County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Hot Springs man for several sex crimes involving children.

Andrew Steven Palmer was arrested on Tuesday. According to the Sheriff’s Office Palmer, the Arkansas State Police filed a report that Palmer had been exposing himself to children, taking pictures of the children, and showing them pornography.

After a search warrant was executed on his home, Palmer was arrested at his work in Malvern.

Palmer was arrested on warrants for Sexual Indecency with a Child, a Class “D” Felony, Possession of Child Pornography, a Class “C” Felony, and Voyeurism, a Class “D” Felony.

He is being held on $300,000 bond. His court date has been scheduled for January 11th.
