A car crash in Little Rock backed up traffic for miles Wednesday evening. State police say two cars bumped on Northbound I-430 between Colonel Glenn and Shackleford.
Christie Owen's car went off the road and into a tree. Right now Owen is at Baptist Medical Center with serious injuries.
The other driver received minor injuries. Troopers have not cited anyone yet.
