Isaac leaves Pine Bluff flooded

More than 8 inches of rain caused widespread flooding throughout Jefferson County Friday leaving unsafe roads and stranded drivers. The Office of Emergency Management reports that about 20 homes were flooded.

Hopefully the rain and flooding will keep the thugs at home and crime will hold off for a few days.
