LITTLE ROCK, AR- Alex Martin Blueford accepted a plea deal this week in the 2007 death of Matthew McFadden Jr.

Blueford stood trial in 2009 but the jury deadlocked on a verdict. Blueford has spent the past five years in jail. He will be eligible for parole in two years.
