LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced that a Jacksonville man won $75,000 with a $5 "Mardi Gras World" scratch-off game ticket.

Marcus Butler bought the ticket at Crackerbox 1796 in Little Rock.
