Judge orders suspect in firefighter death to undergo mental evaluation

PULASKI COUNTY, AR – A Pulaski County Judge has ordered a suspect in the death of a firefighter to undergo a mental evaluation.

Bryce Allen has been ordered by Judge Barry Sims to under go a mental evaluation after his first appearance in Pulaski County Circuit Court. Allen was arrested on March 19 after police say he drove a vehicle into emergency workers who were helping his mother after she had an accident.

Jacksonville Firefighter Captain Donald Jones died from his injuries while firefighter Jason Bowmaster and police officer Daniel Dimatteo recovered from theirs.

Allen’s next court date is July 30th.

His overall benefit (his life) should be revoked. And I dont give a rats ass that he is someones son/brother/father or whatever. Look at his past and tell me why he is still sucking up air.

In 2009 this POS was acquitted of assaulting a law enforcement officer due to "mental defect." Its obvious to me that he will never be a productive member of society, therefore he should be executed and no longer be a burden on us taxpayers.

Well he will say his mom or dad[if he knows who that is]drop him on his head.abuse him when we was little/or he has taken to many drugs/smoke to much dope,he will walk with little or no time,what a skumb.

The judicial system should be required to take a mental evaluation exam as well. Why are people like this alloed to keep roaming the streets?
