Judge to rule on West Memphis 3 lawsuit next week

A judge said Wednesday that he plans to rule next week on whether to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the mother of one of three Cub Scouts killed in northeast Arkansas in 1993.

I'm not so sure the three they released are *innocent* -- esp. D.E. We may never know the truth. There's something not right about the man. Though I can't imagine the other two remaining silent for so long. At a minimum I believe they had something to do with it - if not the actual murders - they know more than they are telling. Something is just not right about it all.

They didn't catch the real killer(s); they screwed up big time, and now none of them ( the "officials", the DA, and the WMPD ) have a pair big enough to admit to it. What are they hiding? Ellington and company are almost as disgusting as the person or people they are "protecting".
