Pine Bluff Police Investigating Deadly Accident Sunday

57-year-old Betty McEntire died after being transported to a Little Rock hospital.

PINE BLUFF, AR-- Pine Bluff police are investigating an accident that killed one woman Sunday morning.

57-year-old Betty McEntire died when her Toyota Sequoia crashed on the Martha Mitchell Expressway.

It happened just before 8:00 a.m. this morning, between Willow Street and University Drive.

Police say the vehicle left the road and hit several trees.

No other vehicles were involved.

McEntire was pronounced dead at a Little Rock hospital.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
