Homeless Man Pepper Sprayed, Robbed in Little Rock

The robbery happened near the Salvation Army early Friday morning.

LITTLE ROCK, AR --A homeless man reports being attacked and robbed early this morning near the Salvation Army on Cross Street in Little Rock.

It happened early Friday morning.

Willie Juniel says he was sitting across from the Salvation Army when two men confronted him, sprayed him in the eyes with pepper spray, and stole $147.

The suspects left in an unknown vehicle.

Juniel was able to make his way to Little Rock Police Headquarters where he reported the crime.

The investigation is continuing.
