This is a problem for an RF technician, not a lawyer.

It's possible that with a little shielding that both parties can be happy. If its some kind of radio emission from a transformer or something, a little aluminum foil or copper wire screen can go a long way.

SORRY...but think of the people paying Verizon bills that can't get reception, such as myself. I would have to want it gone, and not reproduced if they can't find a better solution. I don't get any reception in Russellville, but since I live in Little Rock and only visit Russellville where we can get "some" reception with other phones that are AT&T...AFTER ALL, I can't afford to not be able to get 911.

Don't worry Verizon! If Gene Simmons finds out someone is using the KISS name, logo or any of their likenesses for the production of this piece of art without his permission, he'll probably sue for licensing infringement & send his lawyers to confiscate the art. Problem solved. lol.

actually, the builder could be found at fault if his device is found to be causing interference - bandwidth interference investigations fall under the dominion of the FCC, and an 'unlicensed broadcasting device' could be unplugged.
