Landowners Confront CAW Board about Potential Land Deal

Thursday afternoon, a group of landowners from the Lake Maumelle watershed wanted to know why Central Arkansas Water is in negotiations to potentially pay a Pulaski County planning commissioner hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I heard from a very reliable licensed plumber the same thing grayton, he also said there are literally thousands of cross connections from lawn sprinklers CAW is ignoring by not abiding by this state law.

They need to be asking CAW why the water municipality gets away with ignoring a State Law mandating the yearly testing of ALL RPZ backflow devices which allows the backflow of contaminated water into their water supply on a daily basis.
