Governor Mike Beebe vetoes a bill banning abortion after 20 weeks.

Yes, your Bible says render unto God, etc. and render unto Ceasar. But it also says in Isaiah ( and in other books of the Bible ) that He knew us when we were conceived. To most Christians, that means we were a human being at that time. I would guess that God also considers us human upon conception. And when Judgment Day comes; it won't be "Ceasar" Judging you! Makes me wonder; if the Commies or the Taliban overran our country; would you render unto them? I wouldn't! If you are that confused about the Word of God, then perhaps you should consult your Pastor for clarification? Just a thought.

Yall know what gets me?? These people that go around these stores that sell fur coats and protect yet.....they are first to say its okay to have abortion. These people will fight you if you go near the seal pool in La Jolla but I bet if somebody were 6 months pregnant and needed a doc to perform an abortion they would help u find one. SMH at people like that....... Life starts at conception.

@Butch. There is a very fine line between acceptance and condonement. Just because we are charged to obey the laws of the land, does not mean that we are commanding to enforce hypocrisy and sin.

In my bible there is a story. It's about the law of the land. Having to do with give unto God what is God's, and give unto Cesar what is Cesar. That bible some pull like a gun seems to have many interpretations. So my question is this. If the bible says obey the law of the land. Then this is made law of the land. How in the ____ is it not following the word of God. I think the interpretation that the Christians like the best is the one they work out to fit their own view.

Had to laugh at the tree comment pat. There are those out there that care more about a tree than a human life; specifically among the liberal crowd. This shows us Beebe is indeed a coward; and a non believer in Christ and the Word of God. I guess there are millions like him; that do not believe a child in the womb is a human being. I reckon they'll find out different when they stand before their Maker come Judgment Day. A fallen angel will be their defense "lawyer"; good luck with that.

As far as I am concerned...ABORTION IS MURDER....how dammmm many years has it been since Roe/Wade? What medical truths have come to light since then? SOME EQUIPMENT CAN DETECT THE HEARTBEAT OF THE BABY AT 15 DAYS. LIFE BEGINS AT CONCEPTION....WHAT THE HELLLLLL DO YOU THINK HAS BEEN PLANTED, A TREE?
