A levee breach near County Line Rd. caused authorities to issue evacuations in Pulaski and Saline counties and a second levee is on the verge of breaking. Authorities say it forced a wave of water onto Lawson Rd.

A woman who is 5 months pregnant had to be rescued out of her car as the water forced her off the road. The heavy water knocked down trees and caused power outages in the area. People who live there were asked to evacuate.
