A distraught Little Rock mother has a message for her missing daughter- come home.
"I'm barely holding myself together. It's very hard on me because I love my daughter very much," says Patricia Hairston.
Hairston hasn't heard from her daughter, Patrice Smith, since Saturday and fears for her safety mostly because of Michael Robinson, Smith's boyfriend.
"He sprung her wrist and broke her arm. Well, he didn't break, but she had to get it in a cast for that," says Hairston.
Little Rock police tell us that Smith has an order of protection against Robinson, who also has a history of domestic violence.
While police don't know if foul play is involved right now, they believe Robinson packs heat.
"They had only been together like a month when he came and broke my window out because she wouldn't go with him," says Hairston.
hairston last saw her daughter Saturday when Robinson picked her up after a family picnic. Wednesday, Little Rock police returned to Robinson's apartment searching for clues and interviewing witnesses.
Police tell us neighbors heard Smith arguing with her boyfriend here at his west Little Rock apartment early Sunday morning. But, by the time Smith's family came here to check on her, they couldn't find her.
"He got clothes. Candles were still burning. It was like he was in a rush leaving," says Hairston.
"What would you say to him if you could see him?" asked FOX16's Kelly Dudzik.
"Girl, you don't even want me to say that on TV," said Hairston. "She needs to come home. I need, I want my daughter back."
Wednesday night, Little Rock police tell us they have no new leads.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department says Robinson just got out of jail March 6 on aggravated assault and kidnapping charges. He's been in the Pulaski County jail 19 times.
Smith and Robinson have only known each other for a few months.
They may be travelling in a grey 2004 Ford Explorer with Arkansas plates. The license plate number is GF YIH.
