I work in Lonoke. They don't need more cops, the ones they have need to do a better job. Most people can tell you where the crackhouses are located. The cops simply don't do anything. My home was broken into last year. I was told there were no detectives available in the county on a Friday night after I was asked if they could dust for prints on the broken glass of my Tv stand. Simple truth is there is no law and order in Lonoke. The town has a history of corrupt law officials and it never changes. Want to stop crime? Remove the criminals running the police and sheriff's office for a start. Ive seen the incompetence firsthand and its sickening.
