MALVERN, AR - Authorities have arrested a 73-year-old Malvern School District bus driver and accused him of having inappropriate contact with three children under the age of 12.

State police initiated an investigation after they say they received a tip through the Child Abuse Hotline alleging an employee had possible inappropriate contact with a child.

As a result of the investigation, Don McDaniel was arrested Thursday and charged with rape and 1st degree sexual assault.

McDaniel was released on a $50,000 bond.

Me and butch sit and see these criminals get light sentences in these cases. We wonder how it happens. Their victims are young and suffer all the rest of their lives. We want our law makers to make this a death penalty crime. Death if guilty no questions ask.

Say what you will, and it's truly not fair, but the justice system is soft. Criminals like this has more rights than the victims. This dirt bag at best will receive probation and will not be allowed to drive a school bus again.

Why are there so many perverts in Arkansas? I've never dated a woman here that hasn't been molested or raped. The stereotype is true.

Lets allow the justice system to do its job. If he is guilty, there is no penalty to severe for this man. A shattered life of a child is like a broken mirror. Can a broken mirror be the same again? We have good alternatives to public schools in the Malvern area. I made that choice. It is located on Hwy. Nine. It is the best money I ever spent.

Let the parents of the kid he molested have at him. I promise you they would do him more harm than anyone else.

What the H E double hockey sticks is going on in Malvern Schools? First, the let a minor leave with some guy without checking his ID and now this monster who works for the school is molesting kids. If I had a child going to Malvern schools, they would be staying home! That place is not safe!
