Man Gets Home Back In Texas

Nathan Richardson gets his New Boston, TX home back after ricin investigation.
LITTLE ROCK, AR-The house involved in the ricin case has been released back to Nathan Richardson.

According to Richardson's attorney, John Delk, the home has been cleared and Nathan can go back.

If you remember, on May 30th, FBI agents took over the property to test for ricin.

They spent several days there, not allowing anyone to go inside (including the family).

On Thursday, Shannon Richardson was back in court for what was supposed to be her detention hearing and preliminary examination.

But that quickly changed.

Shannon's attorney, Tonda Curry, filed a motion earlier that morning requesting her client get a mental evaluation.

That will determine if Shannon is fit to stand trial.

Shannon is being charged with sending threatening communications.

No word on the next court date for Shannon, but she has 30 days to get the mental evaluation done by a registered psychiatrist or psychologist
