Man Robs Garland County Bank at Gunpoint

HOT SPRINGS, AR - The Hot Springs Bank and Trust at 4579 Highway 7 North was robbed at gunpoint Friday evening according to the Garland County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office says the suspect brandished a dark colored handgun, but did not fire any shots. After the robbery, the man left the scene in a blue 2008 Chevy Cobalt heading northbound on Highway 7. The sheriff’s office the car has an Arkansas license plate, 437-ORE, and was reported stolen Thursday.

The man is described as being 5’8” to 6’0” tall, wearing a dark mask, blue hoodie, and blue jeans.

Fox just now started using the words white and black, I guess they got tired of hommie and I finishing their stories for them

I don't understand ... why is it that if the suspect is black of hispanic the media never fail to state their race; however, if the suspect is White that is never mentioned? Why don't they either omit the race of the person all the time or include it all the time?

Martin says the suspect is a white male, between 5-feet-8 and 6-feet tall and was last seen driving north on Highway 7 in a stolen blue 2008 Chevy Cobalt.
