An Alabama man charged with 74 counts of rape now faces charges in Arkansas. Crittenden County deputies arrested Benjamin Bishop for the rape of an Earl woman.
In Alabama, Bishop faced 74 rape charges and a jury convicted him on many of them. He got paroled a few months ago and moved to Earl.
Bishop is classified as a level four sex offender. That means he's considered extremely dangerous and very likely to repeat his crime.
