HARRISBURG, Ark. (AP) - An Arkansas man accused of killing two people found dead in a Trumann mobile home is due in court.

Prosecutors say 28-year-old John Anthony Arnoult is slated to have a hearing Monday in Harrisburg.

Prosecutors filed formal murder charges against Arnoult last week. He faces two counts of capital murder in the deaths of 56-year-old Constance Cole and 57-year-old John Poff. He also faces an aggravated residential burglary charge.

Authorities arrested Arnoult several days after a maintenance worker found Cole and Poff dead in Poff's mobile home in September.

Arnoult's attorneys didn't respond to phone messages left Monday.

Public executions would probably cut down on this crap. Does any prosecuter in AR have any? I didn't think so.

Two counts of capital murder should be a guaranteed death penalty, but I am sure the prosecutor will lose his nads and offer a weak ass plea deal.
