LITTLE ROCK, AR – One man is dead and another injured after and early morning one car crash. Arkansas State Police say the accident happened early Saturday morning, just before 12:30am.

24 year old Jose Morales Nicolas of Little Rock died when the 1992 Honda Accord he was driving left the southbound side of Interstate 430 and struck a tree. 28 year old Marco Morales-Ruiz of Little Rock, a passenger in the vehicle, was also hurt in the crash but the extent of his injuries or his condition are not yet available.

Arkansas State Police reports indicate neither man was wearing a seat belt and both were ejected from the car as it overturned.

Jose, we will always remember you. As we mourn your tragedy, we remember what a wonderful young man you were. Thank you for your friendship and the way your life was full of joy. I know that was because the love of God was in your heart. Even though, I know you are resting and the next thing you know is that Jesus is here and the sadness of this world is over, I want to say that we will miss you and your family in Christ is united in prayer and support for you mother and family. We will definitely always have fond great memories of you :)

Sad also, but how do you run off of I-430 at midnight and get killed. Christ, thats a three lane highway and deserted at that time. Speed and intox? I would assume. License? Illegal?
