LITTLE ROCK, AR – Formal charges have been filed against the man accused of killing 6-year-old Jersey Bridgeman last November.

Benton County prosecuting attorney Van Stone charged 28-year-old Zachary Holly with capital murder, kidnapping, rape, and burglary.

On November 20th, police began searching for Bridgeman after she was reported missing by her mother. The body of the 6-year-old was found in a vacant house near her home. Six days later Holly was arrested.

Holly’s arraignment is scheduled for January 7th.

Take him to the mountains up in North Arkansas...tie him upside down from a tree where his fingers can almost touch but not quite...wait a bit a when all the blood rushes to his head it will attract the bear and mountain lion population and then they can take care of his sentence!!!!!!

Even if he gets the death penalty, which is highly unlikely, Arkansas will not carry it out. The prosecutor will offer him a plea deal, the sorry piece of trash will take it and the tax payers will get the priviledge of paying his living expenses for decades to come. I agree with protector20, this piece of shat never should have been arrested, should have died in the woods some where.

Even if Van Stone has guts to seek death penalty, this is the kind of guy our state Supreme Court will fall in love with and find a reason to overturn sentence. Should have been taken care of before he was arrested.

This POS needs to be hung up by his testicles and tortured to death. I would love to be the one to do that or assist in it or just be present wile it happens. I think a crime against a child should be automatic death penalty if convicted. These kind are the worst kind... You can't help them and even if you could.... Who would want to???
