LITTLE ROCK, AR - A Pulaski County judge has found a man accused of public sexual indecency, criminal trespassing, and possession of marijuana not guilty on all charges.

In September 2012, prosecutors say a teacher found 45-year-old Simon Harris at the Sylvan Hills Elementary School, acting suspiciously. She called police, who arrested Harris.

At a trial in district court on January 16th, a judge found Harris not guilty on all charges.

Did you ever consider that the man didn't commit the crime? Apparently the judge listened to the facts and looked at all the evidence. How can a naked man have possession of marijuana? Read original story as it says other people were outside, so how did nobody see a naked black man running? I read some of the comments and I'm amazed at what I read. This man and I'm sure his family have suffered and you make comments like you have. In my opinion justice was served and due process does work.

To be charged with possession of marijuana, one must actually possess the marijuana. Did the arresting officer just make that charge up or what? I would like more of an explanation as to why he was found not guilty. Something is not right here.

Way to go judge. I'm glad you didn't fall for that. Make these people put up the evidence. Innocent until proven guilty. Just because some says you are doing something doesn't make it so.

Was this tried in Sherwood District Court? If so, I completely understand the outcome.

Makes me wonder how much bigger the judge's bank account grew.
