Man pleads not guilty to lottery fraud

PULASKI COUNTY, AR – A man accused of scratching off then reselling lottery tickets has plead not guilty to his charges.

According to reports, James Walker Jr. plead not guilty to charges of theft of property in Pulaski County Circuit Court Friday Morning. Walker is accused of scratching off lottery tickets then attempting to resell them.

Walker was given a trial date in November.

The Arkansas State Lottery Commission responded to the store after several complaints from customers and removed the game from the store.
