BRYANT, AR - Police say a man was stabbed to death during a fight at home on SE 3rd Street in Bryant Sunday.
According to the Bryant Police Department, officers were called to the home at 9:40pm. Officers say they found 35-year-old Ismael Tagle-Carreon on the kitchen floor with multiple stab wounds. A pocket knife was lying next to him, according to police.
Paramedics attempted to revive Carreon but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say Carreon and another man at the house, 34-year-old Itzamanna Jiminez-Jasso, and at one point Carreon struck Jasso in the face. According to witnesses and statements, the argument escalated and then ended with Jasso stabbing Carreo in the chest and torso.
Jasso was arrested at the scene and charged with second degree murder and taken to the Saline County Detention Center. A bond hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 12th, 2012.
