its just me - this is one of the poorest managed water municipalities in the state, Barry Heller and Maumelle Water deserve to get sued (which they are), Mr. Heller should be fired, that simple. The water quality is poor, it leaves a film on windows, cars, coffee pots, etc.. which is likely due to the fact that they do not follow the Arkansas State Health department mandate requiring annual testing of backflow prevention devices which allows for contamination of their water, among other factors.

Wooo Hooo !! All it takes is a hurricane! Is it too much to ask the manager to manage the water company and see that the well(s) problems don't happen again? I understand measures had to be taken after the second well failure, but seriously why wasn't there a back up plan or -- better yet -- preventative maintenance so this didn't happen in the first place? MANAGEMENT - that's what the MANAGER is supposed to do!
