Million dollar lottery winner

LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Forrest City woman won $1 million in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

Frankie Williams won the money in the Play it Again Second Chance Drawing with a non-winning $20 instant game ticket. Non-winning lottery tickets can be entered into Play it Again at myarkansaslottery.com for a second chance to win.

The original ticket was bought at Jordan’s Kwik Stop in West Helena.
