LITTLE ROCK, AR – The mother of a boy killed in the West Memphis 3 case has been arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
The sister of Pam Hicks tells Fox 13 in Memphis that the arrest took place over the weekend in Mississippi County in Arkansas. She said Hick had to be treated at the hospital for injuries she suffered during her confrontation with police.
Hicks is the mother of Stevie Branch, who was murdered in 1993, along with Christopher Byers and Michael Moore.
Earlier this year Hicks filed
a lawsuit in an attempt to see all the evidence in her son’s death, but the judge ruled against her.
