LITTLE ROCK, AR – The mother of a boy killed in the West Memphis 3 case has been arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

The sister of Pam Hicks tells Fox 13 in Memphis that the arrest took place over the weekend in Mississippi County in Arkansas. She said Hick had to be treated at the hospital for injuries she suffered during her confrontation with police.

Hicks is the mother of Stevie Branch, who was murdered in 1993, along with Christopher Byers and Michael Moore.

Earlier this year Hicks filed a lawsuit in an attempt to see all the evidence in her son’s death, but the judge ruled against her.

I have to agree with you Butch. But my faith tells me God knows. He knows who really did it, He knows who the crooks were that "lost" evidence, or disregared other suspects; He knows who the crooks were that railroaded 3 young people so as to "solve" this crime to pacify the public; I hope they all have a happy Judgment Day! And as far as the judge not allowing evidence to be seen by family members; I still say they are hiding something. Again, good luck come Judgment Day all you crooks involved in this case.

I feel for this woman. A grave injustice has been done her. That is fact. The trouble is we will never know for sure who did the injustice.
