Dealing same kind of issue in Delaware , Child got hurt at gym , he and another child head on and fall to floor ( can't figure who or if he were treated .... According to the school first two stories it never happened at the school then push came to shove if you will. Parents started making reports to CPS , medical Board and police deparment none of any did any thing for parents until call to senator then school blames it all on sub student teacher But at same time school call CPS cause father was unrulely and like white on rice they took report and investigated parents

Trolls your right the school evan showed us the video and you can tell someone tempered with the video and deleted the child being pushed in her wheelchair that morning happy go lucky and smiling, they only showed her crying at 2:50 p.m., I hope the State Board of education fire the whole group of staff that had something too do with this.

I think it was so smart for the mom too record because incident after incident has been covered up as soon as the bus pulled up we notice the way the child was crying so I gave the mother her phone and said make a video to have for your record, because as a nurse we know that it`s important to record and document, and plus when you have cameras around your home thats a blessing as well you use it too show the bus driving off and other stuff like who is watching you, and the bus driver made it clear that the child was crying 45 minutes before they had got there, and no one even called her mom but they call for everything else, and that is being looked at so the truth will come out, Oh about the X-rays no it does not take 72 hours X-rays be read in minutes so the mother did the right thing and if Childrens must have trusted her to leave with the child ,God is in control and the truth will come out.

It`s so funny how this person is so scared of the truth getting out because anytime anyone put up a post this person feels the need to have it deleted but check out what posted on Facebook the truth is there as well, for this person too play like they are a parent at Caldwell and really they are a staff, if you notice they try too delete everything good that anyone say about the mother, the only ones that they want up is the ones where they are pointing the finger, we know who is doing this so everybody go too facebook and read it`s all there theres a big topic, and the posing staff know that we know who she is it is so obvious, this person always ask this retired aide about the mom, and for those who did`nt know the sister do not go to Caldwell anymore and this story will be updated so that be hide so get use too it.

Cldwlprnt if you seem to know so much and are so sure of what you are saying then why are you hiding who you are???? And you know me from special needs programs? And you know that I have a "history of making allegations"????? I do not think you know me at all or work for the schools. I have never made an allegation against any other place. If you do have a child with special needs I hope that they are never hurt or neglected because you have made it clear that you wont not have the courage to stand up for them!! I want to make it clear that I have NEVER met this other mom or her children. I spoke up because the public needs to know that this district and its employees has a history of mistreating children and covering it up. And from all the other posts I have read there are other families out there who have had the same experiences. And what about the Doctor in town who's child was verbally abused by a teacher and found over 20 other families to write a letter of complaint on that teacher. There were complaints going back over 20 years and still to this day that teacher still works for the district. Once again if you are so sure of your self and you feel it is your "job" to put other families down for standing up for their children then why are you afraid to say who you are? Cowards and those who do not know what they are talking about will hide but someone who is telling the truth will not!!

I think it is important to note that the school AND mom are both being investigated. It is slander to put names on here with such horrible accusations. Let's let the investigation continue and PRAY about it.

I still say these two people have lodged multiple allegations against every place that their kids have been. I and my family have walked in that classroom unannounced many times and never seen anybody abusing anyone. I think some people just need drama and attention. I truly believe if their was abuse going on dr Rogers would address the problem and everyone would be on administrative leave pending investigation. Since that hasn't happened I truly believe the allegations are unfounded. I am also sure that if their would have been crying like that for so long the nurse would have evaluated that situation. And btw my son wouldn't be able to yell me if someone had abused him. He has a very limited vocabulary.
