Pair arrested after homicide

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR – Two people are under arrest for the death of a man yet to be positively identified by police. North Little Rock police say the suspects were apprehended at a Bryant apartment complex.

Police tell us the suspects are brothers. They are identified as 21 year old Clifton Hall III and 20 year old Dominique Hall both of North Little Rock. No word yet on the charges filed.

Police responded to a disturbance call, Thursday night, near the intersection of West Short 17th and Frank Streets in North Little Rock. That’s where they found the male victim lying in the street.

Police are awaiting positive identification of the victim by the state crime lab. The crime lab has been without power this week, delaying results of their investigation.
