LEAVE THE COACH ALONE! Let the police and school administrators do their job. Both parties that were actually in the room agreed on what happened and consequently there were no charges, suspensions, etc. The mother won't accept the school's apologies, so what would the appropriate recourse be, in her delusional mind? Nevermind that, she says she's standing behind her daughter; I wonder if her daughter is as concerned with her 'bravery being swept under the rug?' I suspect not. The man was clothed and made a facetious comment- Get over yourself lady, you're embarassing your family.

What I want is to see evidence. Are there tapes or anything. Look at all the guilty ones DNA has released from the lies that put them in prison. All the while everyone yelling he did did it. You know he did. Guy makes female angry. She uses trash like this to get even. Make it to where if it comes out not to be true or unproven that the person making the complaint gets to do the same amount of time. No free walk. Level the playing field.

This parent needs to sit down and be quiet. She is about to scar this man's repuation for no reason at all. Did he touch the child? Did he use inappropriate language or gestures? Did he make an advance at the child? Did he invite the child IN with him? NO! NO! NO! She is typical of the parent who is quick to jump to conclusions with the wrong people...meanwhile, "Uncle Richard" has been molesting the child for 3 years (making a point). Leave this Coach alone. There are way too many people losing their jobs, sanity, and way of life due to sloppy people. LEAVE THE COACH ALONE!

I'm also on the mom's side and I also agree with the last three comments. This coach was out of line and most def used poor judgement. I wouldn't trust him either.

So many things wrong with this whole situation - and it's all because the supposed adult executed VERY poor judgement. Creepy coach fully clothed in an ice bath asks a teenage girl into the room and then invites her to jump in after him. He's not one I'd like nor trust anywhere near kids again. Let him go and next time it will not end this cleanly. Revoke his license.

Why was he in a tub of ice cold water in the first place? He could have turned the water off himself. He used poor judgement, even though he was fully clothed.

Really? You’re going to drag this man thru mud for what you THINK is inappropriate behavior? I see nothing wrong with what this man did. I feel like he would have asked the same question to a male student also. This is being taken way out of context.
