I've met Todd a few times. He was a friend of my son's and also used to be one of his coworkers. One reason for being out at that time of day is work. I know every one doesn't understand this but the whole world doesn't shut down on Friday evening. Some of US have jobs were we have to work nights and weekends. (Shift work)Possibility he may have broke down on the way to or from work. I was on my way to work at that very same time. Bottom line is....Todd was a one of the good guys. Y'all please don't bash him. His family and friends are hurting bad enough. It's a terrible thing that this happened and my prayers go up for his family and friends. GOD Bless and give each and every one of them piece and stringth. Rest in piece Todd. You will be missed.

several of the people that post here think that if your out aftr dark that your a thug or your own drugs. I think they have a closed mind. bad things do happen to good people its called life.

yeah i went to school with him for a few years he may have had his problems back then (LIKE ALL TEENS) but now he has a wife,two daughters, and another one on the way from what i hear. so im 100% sure it was something other then drugs or alcohol.

Uh huh, he was trying to cross a road in the early morning hours, so this makes him a bad person, a stupid person or a drug user. You people are heartless. I don't know him, but I feel terrible for the loved ones he left behind. If any of his family or friends are reading this: I am so sorry for your lose, you are in my prayers.

just for the record his car might have broke down and he was going to try to get some help from a local gas station (cause you know the only time anyone helps people in little rock is when they help them by taking their money) and didnt see the truck

The odd thing, I was listening to the State Police around 2 AM and they were dispatched to check on a guy walking in that same area. The Trooper radioed that the guy was okay and nothing more was said. Don't know if that was the same guy that got hit at 4 Am but I'd say the chances are good that it was.
