"You know that we had a tragic loss. We're passing out information concerning the fire death we had yesterday in our community and to kind of help you in the grieving process."

And people on Pine Bluff's Haley Street neighborhood need all the help they can get dealing with the loss of three year old Braylon. A charred bike and a burned out house are constant reminders that he's gone.

"The little boy comes down here and plays with my grandson all the time. So, it kind of left my little grandson, he don't understand. He understands but he don't understand, it's kind of hard," says neighbor Tommie Burchett.

Burchett says the family thought little Braylon was outside playing when the fire started in this storage room connected to the house. The fire spread quickly and when firefighters put it out they found him dead.

Thursday they went door to door in the neighborhood doing what they can to help the community heal and to help prevent this from happening again.

Back at the house, the Fire Marshal is trying to find out exactly what caused the fire.
"He's sifting through to determine whether or not it was incendiary in nature. Again, that determination has not been made. However, we have no reason to suspect foul play," says Lieutenant Harold Clark with the Pine Bluff Fire Department.

Meanwhile Burchett's grandson is slowly realizing where his little friend is.

"He understands he's died and gone to heaven," says Burchett.
