When my son was 7, his bus driver threatened to tie several of the kids up with barbed wire. The next day I called the Malvern School Board to inform them and was told he would be removed. He was not removed, just given a different route. You can only imagine my horror when I discovered this was the same man who was convicted of child abuse for picking me up by my hair and throwing me into a wall in the 70's (no, not at Malvern schools)! The entire district needs training and the state should step in! All I can say is thank God we no longer live in that area!!

Very convenient they didn't list the age of this "Benjamin Pitts". Did he even appear to be of age to have a 15 year old daughter? Either way he and the 15 year old needs punished. There are way too many of age women in Arkansas that you have to turn to pedophile.

Whomever did not check the ID and allowed the underage minor to go with this man, needs to be charged as well, for child endangerment.

Yankee, I agree. It does appear she was more than willing to go with this POS. Whoever it was at the school that did not verify that this man was her father/guardian should be fired and banned from ever working in a school again. As far as this POS goes, I think anyone on here that has ever read my posts knows how I feel about perverts like this. Jail is not punishment enough for him. Multiple people to blame here for this.

When my daughter was in kindergarten at Malvern she was signed out by a church that i did not approve to pick her up after calling the police , her missing for over a hour and the school not know who picked her up for sure and her 5 min from a morgan alert being activated she was found. When we went to the super. the next day we was told oh we are sorry we dropped a bomb. We was refused to attend the next school board meeting to address this and if we did we would be removed. I can tell you no IDs are checked. No files are looked at to see who is on there list and I am sure if you really looked and asked it has happened alot at this school
