BRYANT, AR - Police have arrested a 20-year-old man after they say he pulled a gun on a customer in the drive-through line at Starbucks.
According to the Bryant police, Brandon Kyle Sanders was a passenger in a car which was trying to back out of a parking space but was blocked by the long line of cars waiting on drive-through service.
When the driver of one of the cars in line honked her horn to get the attention of the driver of Sander's car and avoid being hit, police say Sanders started yelling at her to move her car.
When she explained that she could not move forward or back because of the line, she says Sanders pulled out a gun and told her to move her car or he would kill her. The woman immediately called 911.
The car Sanders was in was able to work its way out of the parking space and fled the scene, according to police.
Officers were able to locate Sanders at his home in Benton where he was taken into custody. Officers were also able to locate the gun which turned out to be a black semi-auto Phantom Air Pistol, which they say looks just like a real gun.
Sanders was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threatening and obstruction of government operations.
