I got over punks with knives after I went through Basic at Tiger Land. I'm sure there was a broom or mop handy. Bust him long distance. That is what God give you the brain for. Box cutters are better. You can cut many places and bleed the fool.

My last job before disability was at a grocery store. This guy would have been surrounded by several large stockers with box cutters; he would have never made it out of the store without a police "escort". What's with the knives all of a sudden? You're right wp; we need stricter knife control laws! LOL itsjustme; we had stockers, security, and meat department guys that loved chasing down shoplifters. Funny story - we had an older gentleman that was an ex truck driver, and a Gold Glover in his younger days, that worked security for us once. He was called to the part of the store where smokes were sold. He stood blocking the guy from getting to the door, so the guy punched him in the stomach. The old man didn't flinch. The perp tried again, and again, the old man didn't flinch. Then he said, "Let me show you how it's done", and put the guy on the floor with one punch! Reckon the Russellville store needs to hire some security. Or the managers get CCP's.

Store employees should have dropped him like a bad habit, dont allow him to flee the scene.

probably thinks he won't get the 'armed robbery' charge because it wasn't a gun.

At some point, he will mistakenly bring that knife to a gun fight.

If we had stricter knife laws, this wouldn't have happened...
