So let me get this straight....first they say the cops shot him and they were at fault....and now they say is was suicide and the cops are still at fault......can't have it both ways....if was an upstanding citizens he would have never been there to start with and with drugs in his system....atleast he didn't take a few officers with him...what if they would have been on their way back to the station...he would have killed more.....WHAT YOU DO TODAY DETERMINS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING TOMORROW.....READ AND REMEMBER AND LIVE BY....

So, now he had possession of a cell phone that was never discovered during the "searches." I understand you can keister some things, but not a gun AND a phone. How can one make a call while handcuffed? Show me THAT video. Somethings FUBAR'd here.

I've said it before, I'll say it again - this is starting to stink to High Heaven. More so as each day goes by. No GSR test? Give me a break. What Century is the Crime Lab in? The Dark Ages perhaps? I've heard stories of corruption at the Lab. Could this be another example? This story is going to go on and on; but we may never know the real truth; but to those that may be covering things up, God knows all about you. If the young man did kill himself, then show us ALL the video, not the "reconstruction video". Or have you lost it; pulling the 'ol Nixon trick?

To all of you saying the cops are lying! I was not there, therefore cannot testify positively, but since this has happened I have talked to several aquaintances that I know that have had alot of run ins with police and they say that if they are just placing you in the back seat to separate individuals while questioning, then you are not handcuffed and usually not even searched good at all. It is when you are placed under arrest that they search you closely! It is very possible he had the gun and the phone call from the girlfriend proves this! The facts are coming out. They have to take this slow and check everything out before turning out information because cops and witnesses and video had to be checked and questioned and watched. Lets give the cops some credit, they are human too and the man, sadly as it is, shot himself for whatever reason. Let's continue to pray for all involved!

This just continues the questions, and brings up probable cause that the Police Officer's version of the story is not consistent. They searched him twice, no gun. He was handcuffed. Shot in the temple, no gunshot residue test. What evidence is there that he actually shot himself? Was the gun in his hand, who was the gun registered to? Do they even have a gun? Lots, and lots of questions here.

Remember the line I wrote about lies and how the call for more and more lies. Has anyone kept up with how many lies we've heard already. The thing that sticks in my head the most is the lack of quality in doing a job by the police officers. Two searches and they failed to find a gun. Also think about this. It may not make criminal court because of some people that work in the prosecutors office but Civil court is another story. If you think not think O.J. This could come back and cost who. Tax payers. We have a right to see completely anything we could be responsible for paying. Did you also ever hear of the freedom of information act. Lets see the whole tape not a reconstruction, or a cut version of the real thing. A residue test should be law for all crimes where a gun was fired. On all people on the scene.

I agree wpsark, this is looking more and more like a "cover our asses please" situation. Everything that has been done is not helping the police at all, its only making for a better case for the family. If a person is "in an environment" of gunfire, yes, they could have residue. BUT, when a person fires a handgun, there is a larger trace of it on their hand than if they were "just around it". Someone screwed the pooch on this thing. I'm like the family, I want to know exactly what happened that day.

well that's just pathetically screwed up...They should have and could have made an exception in this case..They only do GSR tests on the suspected shooter??? I smell a big rat now...At first I was a bit skeptical and thought that his gun accidently went off while he was trying to hide it but now, I just don't know...Unfnbelievable!
