There is no other case in the entire history of Arkansas that fits the criteria of the definition of a 'Capital Case' requiring the ultimate punishment of Death as this brutal case !!May the trial begin on time in November and finish on time with the jury reaching the most logical verdict....GUILTY..Sentence: DEATH !

If it is proven that he comitted her murder, he should never have the chance to escape prison and possibly murder another innocent person.

justme09-reading is fundamental! Please read my statements first before you make assumptions of me, ok. I stated that he evidently had no value for anyone's life due to him alledgely taking hers. I stated that I wouldn't want death for him, but he would wish he was dead after I finished.... Thank you.... choncha--i feel what you are saying and sympathize and empathize with the family and the reason is......I am also father of a six month old child that was murdered by a man that still walk freely on this earth, in a town very near me, and acts like his mess don't stank!!!!! I know the feeling. But most of all, VENGEANCE is not mines!!!!! He will be judged by the most just (My Savior!)I really enjoyed the comments today and hope we all agree to agree and/or agree to disagree.

I have a suggestion...Has anyone ever seen the email about the the Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa Co. Arizona? Whether or not it is all true or not I dont know but I like the ideas. There should be NO cable television (taxpayers shouldnt pay for your entertainment), NO exercise equipment (who wants a physically strong criminal anyway, and no other luxuries afforded to you. Those non violent criminals should be put through the most grueling of work programs not these mamby pamby "I might pick up a piece of trash here and there on the roadway" kind of jobs. I want them to suffer the consequences not enjoy them.

Coming from someone who has been effected greatly by violent crimes, the death penalty does not bring back the loved one we have lost but it does give us a sense of closer. Boaz06, I would much rather have my tax dollar going to other things as opposed to a punk who took a life of an innocent woman. I wish you would understand what it feels like NOT to get justice for someone you lost due to a violent crime. I respect your opinion and I hope you respect the feelings of the victims family when they cry, when they realize they will never hold their baby girl again. And yes, justice will be served one way or another.
