LITTLE ROCK,AR -- A new mental evaluation for the man accused of running into two Jacksonville fighters and a police officer shows he does understand some of the charges filed against him.

A psychiatrist sent the evaluation to Pulaski County Judge Barry Sims last week.

The 18-page analysis says Allen understands the murder and attempted murder charges he faces, but not the terroristic
threatening and fleeing charges.
Investigators said Allen ran into Jacksonville firefighters Donny Jones and Jason Bowmaster and police officer Daniel DiMatteo.

Back in August, a judge ruled allen was mentally unable to stand trial.

The victims' families hope this latest evaluation will lead to a conviction.

"We're living in this moment and this fear, the fear that he will get off on a mental defect and I know we wouldn't live comfortably knowing he was not," Ashley Bowmaster said.

Despite the report by the psychiatrist, it will be left up to the court to pursue a trial or not.

This POS knows very well what he did and he knows how to play the mental card. He did it when he attacked a police officer years ago. People like this, mentally unstable or not, do not need to be sucking air.
