Report: Man Takes Naked Pictures of Teenager He Knew Through Church

May be a fact he took pictures of the 16 old but, the legal age of consent in Arkansas is suppose to be 16 with no age gap anymore! Not sure why it's done that way but, a 16 year old by law can have sex with whom they choose no matter what age the other person is. It has been changed like this in alot of the states now! So why is it a crime taken pics as long as isn't sold or mass distributed? Another political way the goverment trying to go around their own laws for profit! If a 16 yr old can legally have sex with a 60 yr old by law in Arkansas then taken pics seems trivial! Not that it right or wrong, I don't make the laws, but it just seems strange!

Well I don't know what to make of this ,I will wait till later for the whole story,sounds like stupid as stupid goes the boy was still under age,I don;t knowif it matters if the 16Y/O wanted him to take the pictures or not,still sounds like someone is in trouble.

itsjustme... you are correct. It was a consentual thing but the parents of the 16 year old found out and through a fit. Doesn't make what happened right because of the age difference but for once we aren't reading about a forced situation.

pat, it wasnt a girl, it was a boy. Gulledge says the boy agreed to pose for him in hopes of getting into modeling. The plan went over like a turd in a punch bowl when the 16 yr old boys parents found out about it.

WHAT 16 YEAR OLD GIRL WOULD PARTICIPATE. Hopefully, she wasn't forced, or isn't handicapped. I am not excusing his behavior, because I think it would be dispicable if they were both adults. Just saying.

When will they learn that taken pictures of under age kids is "pornography" no if's and but's about it.
