LITTLE ROCK, AR -- It's hours before Isaac heads north to us, and the Roys say they have a lot to do before he shows up.
"Once it floods, all trash in these ditches come up into my yard," Sheila Roy said.
You can tell Sheila is familiar with the effects of heavy downpours. We have video of her yard and driveway covered with water back in March. All the water forced her to pack up and stay in a hotel.
"Last time, my storage was messed up and it destroyed all of my appliances. I just bought a new dryer," Roy said.
You can see mark on the house that shows how high the water has gotten on the home. Because the living room is in a low part of the house, the family moves furniture and appliances to another room.
"It's just like moving all over again, even though you will remain in the same house until you decide you're going to move," Sheila said.
So the Roys will be up all night stacking up their belongings, hoping Isaac doesn't do as predicted.
"I already did my spring cleaning so I want to keep everything," Sheila said.
